Looks like my doc says my t levels have finally dropped below natural levels. It been dropping over the last few years. Before I go on trt I want to know if I have any options. Also what are all the blood tests that are really required to get a true baseline if I do go on trt.

missing way too much info my brother, age? height? weight? bf%? what your test level is? free test? estro level? if your cholesterol is good? all that is a factor.. And i personally would get 2 blood tests done 1 in the am and one in the pm as test levels, estro levels, cortisol levels all fluctuate throughout the day..

Give me your stats brother, i can probably help you here as i am no longer a young buck myself lol..... but as of 6 months ago my free test was top end of normal and been natty for a few years... pm me if not comfortable posting..

I'm 34 208 13% 5 11

I don't have the new info from my last blood test but two years ago my test was around 200. Everything else was in range according to my doc.

34 is too young for TRT. Were you a heavy steroid user? You're going by a blood test from 2 years ago? WTF?

I agree with nelson.. first figure out WHAT has caused your issue to begin with. and going off 1 test from 2 years ago is wreckless. that's how docs make all their money, they base shit off 1 test.. if a mechanic said you needed a transmission and it would cost 5K would you just have him do it? or would you seek more opinions?

My test levels have been slowly dropping over the last five years. The reason I know this is because we've been trying to have a child. 5 years ago I went to see an endo. He gave me clomid to try for two months. It boosted my levels up fifty points. It was somewhere around 300 then. Long story short we've managed to have a boy this month. The doc brought me back for some more blood work. He called about three days after the blood test and said we need to look at the gel or shots. I haven't seen the test yet but I'm assuming it's below 200 because that is the low range on the sheets he's always given me.

I wasn't a big steroid user but I have done a few runs. I've always taken my AI's and supports.

Testosterone level and sperm count are different things. Something about this story isn't welding.

defiantly would go to a good hrt doc. after talking to him you will at least have a starting point. up to you after the doc as to if you wanna run his schedule of supps, or go the cheaper route and black market it. I know the journal of American medicine claims a male over the age of 30 should be supplementing test every week to replace lost levels. I would look into peptides and a small dose of test. hrt can be pricey, see what the doc says, then present it here again.
