Low T gyno recommendations for endocrinologist

LowTgyno

New member
Hey what's up all. First let me post stats I guess.
6'2"
225#
27%BF
24yo
Test level 330

I'm going to be seeing an endo dr soon and wanted to have some knowledge so I get correct treatment and also am more knowledgable.

My goal is to have my body create more T on its own, I don't just want to rub T gel on my shoulders giving my body more T cause all that does it shut my testes down making them think I'm getting T elsewhere. I also don't wanna take any big time drugs like dbol or w/e. the PCT drugs I think is what I'm after.

Also, I was hoping to do hcg I heard that somewhat recalibrates ones metabolism system and also increases T. Maybe one run of that could fix it?

Also I have SEVERE puberty gyno, it's very very bad, no no pics. Surgery is only method I understand that I'm just hoping to get my T levels correct, hcg away body fat and then do surgery and then start my 'body building'. I don't want to be huge, not sure if I could get down to 185 that would probably be ripped with my build but I'd be happy to see the scale under 200 and be lean.

Hope you all can give me great advice and a cycle!
Thanks!!

an endo is not gonna tell you to improve your lifestyle.. he doesn't make money like that.. I would hate for you to see one and him put you on HRT for life and waste your own bodies testosterone at only 24.

you need to make some changes in your life.. improve your diet, exercise. lots of deadlifts, squats to stimulate your body.

your body fat should be 15% at your age to have a nice athletic look at the very most. i would aim to reduce that.

lots of cardio and eating well.. thats your best bet.. throw your tv in the trash and hit the trails and track. i guarantee you if you do this your T levels will improve drastically. its been proven that lifestyle can make a huge difference with T levels and sperm count. its the laws of nature.

you may even be able to get rid of your gyno when you reduce your body fat or atleast improve it enough to avoid surgery. with some guys they think it is gyno but it is really just a lot of fat around the pec area.

Hmm ok. Thanks for the response. While I do agree a lifestyle change should probably help, I see the average levels for my age are 600-650, I'm nearly half of that. I do eat very healthy, I just eat a lot. I take a multivitamin and fish oil daily. My blood work was flawless, except my sodium was 1 point higher, nothing can be done about such a small degree though.

If I don't hear any other suggestions then I agree I also need more exercise and weight training though. You're right, I don't want to take anything for the rest of my life to maintain a higher more average T level. I guess I'll just ride it out for now, do the hcg to rid this body fat, then do another T check. Then I'll start my bodybuilding and check again after maybe 6 months of that and see if I got any good results.

and no, my gyno is the real deal, I can feel a golf ball size of actually breast tissue and roll it around and grab it. Also a lot of fat in the chest makes it look that much worse. Surgery is unavoidable unfortunately.

Thanks again, I look forward to other responses.

Any other .02 out there? I guess if there was a magic pull that made your own body create more T I woulda heard about it by now lol.

Also, should I get my estrogen checked? Maybe my body does too much aromotase and an anti-estrogen could help?

Im 26, 220 and 18% bodyfat and my test level came back at only 409. So i started taking maca 1000mg ed, daa 3000mg ed, zma, tribulus 1200 mg, fish oil 3g, glutamine and protien and forma stanzol 5 pumps am and pm. I feel good, only started 1 week ago but im gonna run this for a month and just go from there. Set a new pr on bench at 285 5 times so im gettin stonger. Try what im takin and see how you feel.

can you define "healthy diet" you won't be at 27% BF if your diet was healthy I really doubt it. You will really need to get it down to like 15% first and see if things dont improve which I doubt.

there is no such thing as saying what your levels should be. an endo will interprete your results his own way.. they do not make money recommending lifestyle change, they make money putting you on test the rest of your life... so that is the direction he will want to take you. at just 24 do you want to inject yourself the rest of your life ? also testoserone levels are not the end all to everything.. your high body fat is a slippery slope. it will keep suppressing your T levels being fat. also poor diet and eating a lot of the wrong things can make a huge difference. eating a grass fed steak vs. a hormone laden steak is just 1 example.. or a omega cage free egg vs. a hormone laden corporation egg. you can taste the difference, try it yourself... boil a cage free then boil a normal egg and tell me which ones tastes better.

I do eat very healthy, I just eat a lot. I take a multivitamin and fish oil daily. My blood work was flawless, except my sodium was 1 point higher, nothing can be done about such a small degree though.

I don't think you eat healthy my friend or else you wouldn't be 27% body fat at just 24 years old. even if you did you obviously aren't exercising enough. you can tell a fit person just by looking at them. they didn't get that way by accident.. they work out and eat well. and guess what? when i was in my early 20's after high school/college I let myself go bigtime and i was probabaly in the mid 20's body fat wise, my diet was crap and i never exercised. i would guarantee my T levels were rock bottom as well.. i could remember i felt like crap, slept like crap, and had zero self esteem. one day i said enough is enough and vowed to change things cause I was pretty athletic and very active my teen years, but i let the tv and video games ruin my life. and oreo cookies and chocolate milk.. hence i looked and felt like crap. so I BEEN THERE, DONE THAT. now in my 30's look at my profile pic, i'm not gonna be on the covers of bb magazines but i get a lot of complements from people .. just yesterday a guy called me 'muscle man' and another guy asked me how big my biceps were. so you can DO IT. don't think you are destined to mediocrity forever.. if you told me 10 years ago people would view me as some kind of musclehead i wouldn't of believed you.

If I don't hear any other suggestions then I agree I also need more exercise and weight training though.
its always easy to take the lazy way out of things. look at it this way. our ancestors for millions of years used to hunt and gather for food all day. today we have computers, cell phones, video games, tv, etc. so we don't get anywhere near the amount of exercise we are genetically supposed to get.

You're right, I don't want to take anything for the rest of my life to maintain a higher more average T level. I guess I'll just ride it out for now, do the hcg to rid this body fat, then do another T check. Then I'll start my bodybuilding and check again after maybe 6 months of that and see if I got any good results.

the whole hcg to get rid of your body fat is a scam and has no scientific anything to back it up. hcg is a fertility drug given to women. it has nothing to do with losing weight.

you need to list me your diet and be as honest and thorough as possible.. and i will tell you what to get rid of and what to add.. and also i want to know how much tv/video games/computer time you do a day vs. how much you exercise. PM me this info and I will help you.

and no, my gyno is the real deal, I can feel a golf ball size of actually breast tissue and roll it around and grab it. Also a lot of fat in the chest makes it look that much worse. Surgery is unavoidable unfortunately.
surgery is never a good thing but the gyno thing is a totally different discussion

Thanks again, I look forward to other responses.

Healthy as in I always choose the multi-grain, whole wheat, organic, low fat, smartbalance omega 3, etc. options when I do groceries and cook. The problem is I eat a big portion, and I sometimes follow it by a big serving of peach cobbler and ice cream :x

For example my meals today were breakfast:3 hardboiled eggs w/salt-pepper-paprika lunch and dinner same thing:chopped chicken breast over brown rice and veggies with shredded cheese and lettuce/tomato w/lite sour cream

umm, I work 10 hours a day at a desk... so not much activity there. Once home I usually do TV/computer 2 hours max on average. No exercise as of now. I had done P90X for about 45 days, and got down to 207, which was my best yet. That was back in 09, haven't been able to get back into it, it's what I had best results with though.

Is it ok to workout and drink my protein shake then go to bed? or would it be better to workout as soon as I get home, even though that's more of a hassle and I'm usually tired at that time.

So is the estrogen useless to think about til I do the basics then? Thanks.
