I went to this brazillian bbq place yesterday for a friends birthday.
The meats they were serving were way too done. I told them I wanted something rare. I usually prefer medium rare, but I know that restaurants always fuck things up and overcook the meat anyways so I said rare.

That's not rare. That's not even cooked. The inside was purple and it tasted like raw meat, because it was raw meat.
I did eat some of it though. Tasted like raw meat of course. I don't know man. I don't know if I can go back there. It's hard to fuckup a piece of ribeye, but they did. If it's any consolation, it was a buffet so the quality is a bit low, but at $45.00 a person one would expect better than this.
