Low Dose of DNP

I was wondering if anyone has run DNP at low doses, 200-250mg ed and what your results were?

I usually do short 10-12 days cycles, but am curious what results you would get if you ran a low dose for 21 days or so.

3 weeks ago I ran a 10 day run of DNP. Days 1-4 were 200mg/day and days 5-10 were 300mg/day. It DIDN'T do crap for me. Useless! Yes, I got all the sides, hot sweats, water retention, somewhat lethargic at the gym, so I know my DNP was definitly real. I am not fat. It didn't drop 1 pound. I think you defintly have to run it higher, like about 600-800 mg/day. I was scared at my first time so thats why I ran such low dose.

Now I have to opposite views. Yours went bad but this other guy I talked had great results.
He frontloaded 400mg ed for 3 days then for the remaining 18 days he did 200mg ed. He lost 15lbs!!! Which is excellent and still not terrible uncomfortable.
 
Hulk i have done multiple 3 and 4 week cycles at 250mg everyday. I think the results are great considering I see very little sides at those levels. The worst I saw was a 8lb loss but up to 12-13lbs was normal. I lost 18 on one of them. The way i measure my weight loss is what i weigh one week after I stop taking it because of the water retention. i also use dandelion root days 6 and 7 after my last dose. Hope that helps.
 
its works in low dose/longer cycle ... been documented on various sites in peoples training/cycle logs..
 
I ran it at 400mg/day for 10 days. Lost about 8lbs. Ran it once at 600mg/day for 10 days, lost 10lbs. The stuff is great if you use it right. You have to be careful with oxidative uncouplers like DNP and usnic acid though, or you can fry yourself like an egg. I'll probably run some again next season to help me lean down for competition.
 
What length of cycle did you run 400mg/day at Alin, and what was your total weight loss?

Yeah man, I have the same problem. I frontloaded with a gram the first day, and like 500-600 for like 5 days after that. I kind of did have a bad diet while on it (some people say it doesnt matter, some people say it matters, I dunno), and it didnt do shit for me. I even took some mild over the counter diuretics for a few days after. I didnt lost any weight at all. I got hot and uncomfortable as hell though.
