3 weeks ago I ran a 10 day run of dnp - dinitrophenol - . Days 1-4 were 200mg/day and days 5-10 were 300mg/day. It DIDN'T do crap for me. Useless! Yes, I got all the sides, hot sweats, water retention, somewhat lethargic at the gym, so I know my DNP was definitly real. I am not fat. It didn't drop 1 pound. I think you defintly have to run it higher, like about 600-800 mg/day. I was scared at my first time so thats why I ran such low dose.
