Do not use accutane. A friend of mine was on it and now has a huge lawsuit against the company. It fucked his whole shit up from Bleeding uslters and blood in his stool just to name a few things

Thats the starnge thing about ACCUTANE,,,,some have zero issues other than mild,,,while some are so extreme they are hard to believe.
This stuff is really a cap shoot when it's all said and done.

I would avoid it at all cost a 2 week course of the anti biotic will clear up anything but the really bad then it takes a month
