lOW BACK PAIN! ADVISE!

I have been suffering from back pain for the last week. It's in my lower back. I don't know how it happened cause I always have very good form doing my squats and other lifts. But it hurts! And I can't do any legs exercises.

Is there any advise to make me feel better and recuperate faster?

Bro- Try stretching, also, you can use a heating pad to loosen it up. Try applying the heat to your lower back in the evening. Alternate it 30 min on 30 min off for a couple of hours. In addition, this might be the time to vary your workout and move away from those exercises that can be hard on the back. You can tell if your back is still tender, if it is, be careful with your workouts until it subsides. Lower back pain is very mysterious, it comes on without warning and sometimes it will linger, or it can disappear just as quickly. See if you can get your girlfriend to give you a back rub - it may not help, but it sure as hell wont hurt....
 
are you on a cycle? if so that's normal it's just your lower back muscle getting super pumped. when i'm on a cycle leg days are the worst just take longer on those days and rest more between sets.

Are you on any oral AS's (ie. d-bol)?? If not, alter you workouts to exclude squats, deadlifts and anything that works the lower back. Heat pad, massage w/ "Icy Hot", NSAIDs, and rest.
 
abs w/ weight and reverse hypers . stretch your hams,glutes, adduct and abducts . youll be good as gold in a few weeks
 
Bro, when you sleep, if you sleep on your side, put a pillow between your legs, and if you sleep on your stomach put it underyour hips. It sounds stupid, but it will help, guaranteeee. :D
 
Go and get a deep tissue session done from a massage therapist. It will definately help healing and reduce pain.
 
Had them through out my cycle...best way to fix it is 1500 mg of Tylenol 30 minutes prior to working out. Did wonders for me.
 
as someone who suffers with lower back pain do to car accident do not mess around. go to the dr get an xray first and take it easy. if your still in considable paijn after 2-3 weeks you may need an mri there or so many nerves in the lower back somthing could be in flammed or you could have a slipped disk check it out
 
back pain

If I am on test for a couple of weeks then my back starts to act up. Somehow being on juice and my lower back hurting really bad are coorelated. It makes it really hard to train legs when I am on. It all goes completely away when I go off. Maybe you have the same problem as I do. If so, it is not really a problem because it will all go away.
 
Thank you guys for all the advise. I will certainly do a few of the sugested "therapies". I di not know that steroids couls induce back pain! I am on Deca and Test. The heating pad looks attractive. I'll do that tonight with some Tylenol with Codeine cause it really hurts.
