Lost Gains Post Cyle

Hi All

I ran the following cycle

test e 350mg week 1 -11
winny 40mg week 8 - 13
hcgenerate week 10 - 13
post cycle & unleashed week 14 - 17
Clomid week 14 - 17 50,50,25,25mg

I am now starting my 4th week of clomid. At my peak on gear i was 90kg now I'm 85, so i have lost about 5 kgs, i honestly don't think i was eating enough calories whilst i was on which i will be first to admit but i am having real highs and lows since i started my PCT. I have read a lot of negative side about clomid as this is the first time i have taken it. I feel really tired and down all the time. Should I stick it out and finish the week off? Was my PCT enough to hold gains? However I know my calories were probably not where they should have been so I am really pumping the food into me now.

Thanks

Clomid sucks. It'll delay recovery and make you feel like shit.

its normal to lose a little post cycle coming off of high hormones, but there is no reason you should have to feel like shit. At the doses you are running, you should have no problem with the Clomid. Your PCT doesn't look bad, but There are some other things you should add to your next PCT to make it much smoother and more successful for keeping and maintaining gains

Optimal PCT for best recovery:

Liquid Clomid 50/50/25/25 (AncillaryGuys // AG-Guys.com - The #1 online Natural Ancillary retailer!)
Liquid Aromasin (AncillaryGuys // AG-Guys.com - The #1 online Natural Ancillary retailer!)
Test Stack 17 (PM me or see thread below for info and discounts) http://w3.teststackrx.com/102.html
Ostarine 25mg per day (SARMS1.COM - The best Selective androgen receptor modulators)

^ I for one attest to the uselessness of clomid.

In fact I would go out on a limb to say that SERMs is anecdotal at best and not necessary for optimal recovery. The hormonal fluctuation that one is subject to when using the old school PCT protocol of clomid and Nolvadex may be more harmful to one's body than going cold turkey. For optimal recovery HCG is the key, but of course the dosage and timing is all important, you do not want to shutdown your natural LH production.

I for one recover very well on a low dose of nolvadex at 20mg daily for 4 weeks. Still then my acne gets out of control. For my next cycle I will not be taking any SERMs and will be using a HCG, Aromasin and Test stack 17 recovery protocol. Will get regular blood work and see how that pans out.

That being said, I don't touch 19nor steroids and my cycles are pretty mild, usually sub 500mg Test stacked with some Proviron/Anavar/EQ, so for someone running a Test/Tren/Halo cycle, I cannot recommend the same thing.

I am sure there are many people that disagree with this.

That's irrelevant. What is , is. Clomid does nothing to restore HPTA in the long run. It does increase test in some people, but it stops as soon as you stop the drug and your levels drop back to were they were. And a lot of people feel awful on it. Is it worth it? I think not. But a lot of people take it because they think they should. Just like at one time people though it was a good idea to smoke a cigarette if they were under stress because it "calmed the nerves."

What is, is? Not exactly.

Your levels do drop when you come off, but not back down to where they were. If this were true, then Clomid would have been disregarded long ago as a PCT drug. I agree that it does not directly restore HPTA function, but it does get our bodies producing Test from the beginning of the process. It helps to bridge the gap between shutdown and recovered.

A lot of people feel like shit on it, that is true. But then again, a lot of people have no problems while taking Clomid. So what is, is.. is not correct.

Proper pct and a sarms bridge to keep gains and add to them.... I love Clomid ....but shit at my age I do trt and bridge with sarms between cycles.

But it has been dropped as a PCT drug by most people. It's just that some people don't catch on. Some people still use yahoo.

HCG is much better as a kick starter to T production. How can Clomid bridge the gap between cycles if levels drop back down? They may be a bit higher but they'd be a bit higher if you took nothing.

I see this all the time. People stop training hard and eating correctly as soon as they come OFF
cycle,,,this is often why MANY see a drop in gains. If you do things correctly(PCT,,TRAIN,,EAT) gains made will
be maintainable.
