lost 9 pounds since b eing off

ok, i know someone saw my pics, cause i got a lot of help on them, but since then, 5 weeks ago, since i have been off, i have went from 212 to 203, what the hell, im lifting just as hard, eatting even better, and doing my post cycle stuff, was i holding that much water in those pics or what, where cuold it have been, people say my shuolders are the same, they think its my chest, can u chest hold that much water, and the traps have went down just a little, i think the fina had them blown up some, aha, cant wait by the weigh starting that cycle i wa 190, and got up to 217 at one point, it was my 3rd cycle
 
could be right. i tend to lose a good 6-8lbs post cycle from water alone. i dont' mind b/c i look leaner and bigger when the water comes off. just keep working and eating
 
Not a Flame...but your pic's were a little soft...Don;t get me wrong, you look good and I agreed with the others on trap size and the need to build delts ect... but if you went form 190 to 217 then I would expect you to lose that much weight...maybe not muscle...but water and or fat if you routine, diet, and PCT are in order. I only gained 14 total pounds and managed to keep an actual 11 when my PCT was finished. I was happy with that.

As long as the above mentioned things are in order, they weight you lose will be water and fat unless, you are not eating enough to maintain your new weight. In other words, you are going to hve to change you regular eating habits from a 190 pounder to that of a 208 punder.

i agree R/T. this could be a blessing in disguise.
 
Bottom line is that testosterone levels ultimatly controle your body mass. Sure you may have keept some of what you gained while on the gear but when you do it time after time again you will not be able to hold your gains without taking alittle test while off your cycles.

I know this sounds harsh but you will realize that this is the fact.

This is why some people never even come off anymore. Though I can see where this could be construed as bad advice, only because in a way you are telling a 19 yr old that to stay big he needs to stay on.
 
I did not know his age!!! But that is besides the point.... The harsh reality of this game is that if you want to be alot bigger then your genetics allow you to be then you are going to have to keep a higher amount of hormones in your system. That is the bottom line and I just did not want this guy to get mad because he is losing some of his gains.

concordsize, I understand where you are coming from and I am not calling it bad advice....But, this guy has posted alot lately with some high dose cycles along with his pics, ect... And IMO he he far from reaching his genetic limit. I think he is the same as a lot of guys on this forum...Using AAS just to reach you GL. I am guilty of the same thing. I trained hard for years, but I still did not fill like I was up to my potential and am Using AAS to get me there.

Most people here fall into that boat. I seriously doubt that 10% of the people hear truly reached their genetic limit prior to juicing. I guess I fall into the boat that doesnt really see that as a horrible thing either. As long as you are serious have have been for a while and are fully aware what you are getting into, then I will support your decision.
 
yeah juice pimp is right. And another point which I feel I should make is how do you know how much will gain naturally, I mean comeon.

I think the argument that you should only juice if you are at your genetic max. doesn't hold water. When I did my first cycle, I was fairly out of shape, but the cycle brought me back to fit state. It allowed me to cut some weight and add some muscle at the same time and do it much faster than I could have done naturally.


I think that steroids are tool. It is not a matter of being lazy. I just wanted my hours in the gym to be productive. In fact, my work outs while on where much more intense because the steroids allowed me to work out longer and I wanted to make the most out of it.

I am also believe that using steroids can increase your genetic max. I think that once you have acquired a certain size or strength that there is some muscle memory. But once you go over your genetic size, it will always be a two steps forward , one step backwards.
 
i lost about 7 lbs post cycle before and actually looked much much better...no need at 19 to stay on test...give ur body an adequate amount of time to recover

Juice pimp...I'll bet 10% would be stretching it.
 
5 weeks is too soon for his losses to be related to his genetic max. Also, you always lose water weight when you come off a cycle, so it makes a lot more sense for it to be water or water and maybe a little bit of lbm. To never cycle off because you drop a few lbs PS seems a bit drastic

How do you know where someone's genetic limit is?

Is it not possible that some people's genetic limit might be 46 chest and 16 biceps.... even with a shit load of drugs???

I Don't...I was guessing, but I was comparing different muscle sizes on his own body. Traps were huge & looked great, but delts were not developed...could be genetic, could be doing the wrong shoulder exersize, or not enough or the wrong form. His pecs protrudednicely but still seemed under developed in the upper areas, that's why Quadsweep gave him the advice on a different chest excersize... Anyway,
Again I was guessing as does everyone else, including about there own genetic limt. Is there any sure fire way to know what your own GL is, much les s someone else? Probably not! That is why I think the whole "wait til you reach your GL" or "go natural until you reach your GL" arguments are bunk and don't hold much water when it comes down to someone who wants to juice.
