Hi. I need some serious advice.. I just finished off a hectic move (relocated) and stopped working out all week last week to give my body the rest since i was too busy doing other things and barely had any sleep.. last weekend was the worse stress i put my body in.. I was moving all day and night from friday noon to about late saturday night (2am) since i had to help my sister move that same weekend as well... and I haven't been eating right but been keeping at least 4 large meals a day and also stopped my supplementation for over a week...

i stepped on the generic bathroom scale (im hoping this thing is broke but ive been using this scale before the move) this morning and to my shocking surprise.. I was at 190!!! a 10-15 lbs lost.. I was stuck between 200-205 before the hectic week began...

my question is- I am planning on going back in next monday (after 2 week rest).. will my body adjust quickly and regain all my strength and mass due to muscle memory? I am hoping some of it was fat loss and not all muscle loss..

also, is this the bad side of supplementing?? I was only taking creating, wheyprotein, and myoplex mrps (post workout only).. and I can't believe I lost 10-15 lbs in a little over a week because of this move.. I am very sad as it took me about 3 months to gain 15 lbs muscle mass... i am 6'1" and started working out at 180lb and took me about 4-5 months of hardwork to get to somewhat plateau at 205.. and now im down to 190... im hoping 5lbs of it was water weight loss from stopping the creatine but i don't understand the other 10lbs i lost.. thanks for any help..

I think you lost mostly water and glycogen.

I just went through something similar and lost 5 pounds in 2 days. It involved helping my friend move all day, followed by finding our cat really sick, and literally staying up all night trying to find an animal hospital and nursing the poor thing. I went without food for 21 hours or so.

Anyway after all that I worked out and actually made a small PR. So I don't think you can lose too much in such a short time.
