losing weight??

White rice isn't bad as long as you limit it at 1 cup per meal. Grlpwr is right. Eat smaller meals throughout the day, but make sure that you are taking protein rich foods to avoid feeling hungry before each meal. Be sure to take a regular exercise - 90 minutes a day, at least. That's what I did to lose weight.
