32 yr old: 225lbs:24% bodyfat
Lifting history in the past year has been minimal and am looking to jump back in. Was looking to eventually get down to 200lbs and adding in some deca for the extra jump start. I need diet,training,gear suggestions.
I also have winnie-v,clen,t-3,and var but figure I'd stick with the deca because it is what I am familiar with???
