losing gains...and strength?

Hey guys,

I have another question. After you get off a cycle, do you guys notice your strength declining at the gym? How does this effect you mentally? Just wondering what I should expect.
 
thats normal,especialy if you dont use clomid,hgc.if you didnt use something to kick your natural test back in whell,things will get worse.expect to loose "most" if not all gains made.but,keep a good diet and keep hitting the iron.and post cycle suplements are a must.
 
I do plan on doing Clomid therapy and keeping my diet strict. I know its impossible to keep all of your gains. But Im just wondering, even after a proper cycle with proper therapy, do you guys still notice a decline in strength or just size? Im talking over a course of maybe 10-12 weeks.

Also, what supplements do you recommend for post cycle?

Mine has actually increased along with size.I finished a Deca,T3,Clen,Winny cycle, three weeks ago.For post cycle I've been using clomid as for supplements(Creatin,Glutamine,A shit load of protein,Multi Vitamin,also take seperatly Liquid B-12,Vitamin E, Vitamin C and I also take 200-600 mg of Ala anytime I eat,Also do cardio 7 days a week sometimes twice a day if off of work)
 
definate drop in strenght, worse for me than the size loss. i start creatine post cycle so that evens out alot of mass loss.
the strength loss is hard on motivation, its emabarrassing more than anything.the only thing that keeps me going is because i lost all the bloat i look so much better.

the psychological effects of coming off are hitting hard this time(2nd cycle)
there are alot more negative things coming from drug use than i thought there would be...even so i wont stop.
as my hair falls out and i grow breasts, i hold tight to the dragon and wont let it go.

i cant believe what a weak person i am. when it comes to physical denial i take it and love it. but when you see yourself lose half your gains return to being a mere mortal...it hurts.

wow, that sounds pretty bad. what kind of cycles did you do and what was your post cycle therapy like? Did you slack on diet/training at all? what the hell is the point of juicing if you end up losing it all?

i didnt lose it all, and i worked my ass off during and post cycle.
i gained 20 pounds on 500mg test-e a week for 10 weeks. kept 14 pounds. i dont thing that is nothing. even that 6 pound loss makes me feel shitty though. like i said, what keeps me going is how much more defined i am now that the bloat is gone
 
post cycle:
300mg clomid, followed my 150 for 3 days, 100 for 2 days , and 50 for 10 days.
next cycle im doing 3 weeks , 300 first day, 150 first week, 100 2nd week ,50 last week

my weight didnt drop much till after the clomid stopped. all i lost was bloat at first.

also used creatine, ala, fist oil,glutamine, and protien like a mother fucker. didnt lift or run for 9 days and continued on 4000+ cal diet the whole time

how long did you run 300mg clomid? Also, do you still consume 4000+ cals or has that come down a bit?
 
invest in some clen and clomid as others have stated and try and keep your intensity up during the clomid therapy......worked wonders for me i kept all size and have kept the strength as well.
