losing fat while keeping lean muscle

hey guys i got a little too much on the fat side before spring which i will start cutting up now i know diet is key but i was just wondering if using hgh and if it does burn fat which brand and dosage also what about the hgh peptides would dos help in losing some body fat, i have to stay away from all stimulating drugs, but i can get my hands on just about anything that has worked on u guys i will be doing lots of cardio very clean diet and wanted to know if there is any drug to help me shave a fdew weeks off my fat loss thanks guys j
 
Why would u go so outta the way and spend tons of dough and stick needles everyday in your stomach for fat loss when there are other methods.
Try a clen n t3 cycle...do research on that.
 
Try modifying your diet and doing cardio 3-5x a week for 30 minutes at low impact/ target hb ~130. Eliminate starches, simple carbs, limit complex carbs after 6pm. eat small meals 6-8 times per day and once you have that down, then you should start learning about clen t3 etc. There is no magic pill...
 
Keto diet and fasted LISS cardio are working quite nicely for me. I'm not using any heavy stims either.
 
Burn more calories than you consume. Eat clean and balanced of course.

Lift heavy with lower volume, lower frequency... so that you can properly recover and don't overtrain.

Fasted cardio in the AM or semi-fasted in the PM.

Those are the basic keys to losing fat while retaining muscle. Diet and training
