I posted a message on this board a couple of weeks ago inquiring whether or not it was possible to lose fat while gaining muscle while on AS.
The response I got was that it is possible although the gains would be less than if I was trying to bulk.
Could anyone tell me what kind of ratio carbs/protein I should use if I want to achieve losing fat while gaining "some" muscle.
