LOSE Fat Gain Muscle

Im 6' 211-215 and about to start trainging for football. I was wondering what would be the best type of workout to do. my goals are to lose the fat in my stomach and gain overall size and strength. my goal is 220-225 by august with as little fat as possible.

any suggestions? type of workout and how much cardio?

20 yrs old, lifting since 14-15 yrs old. play olb, i bench squat deadlift and hang/power clean. you actually just told me your workout on another thread. should i try that?
