lose 5lbs in 2 days?

Hi.
I haven't been at home for 2 days. It was hot, i was sweat a lot, i didn't drink much but i did eat and i think it was at least more than 2000 cals a day. i know that's not much, but i wasn't at home and i was supposed to go out with my friends and have fun. but i lost like 5lbs in these 2 days?! can you lose that much water in that small time or is it muscle as well?
 
it is mainly water, u will not lose muscle that quickly specially when u r eating.
You have to be aware that a large amount of your body weight is water
 
quite a bit of water in 2 days, but dont forget that your weight fluctuates from day to day.

just because you're, say, 190 today, doesnt mean you cant weight 188-192 the next day.

Remember that carbs consumed absorb 4-5x their weight in water....so if you weren't eating much, weren't drinking much, it's real easy to drop water weight......That's why those fad diets work...you know, lose 10# ina weekend? Mostly water.
