loosing wheight with sustanon????

hey people !

a few post ago i wrote stuff that now i know all my last year gear was fake!!!that why i didnt saw result

now my question:i got from a doctor recipt for sustanon great factor (original from pharmacy)

now i taking 2 times a week sustanon 250ml

now i already took 4 sustanon i started my third week

after 12 days i strart getting huge power strength from bench press 100 kg 6 rep i did 150 kg 6 rep etc...
so i know its good stuff but my wheight go down from 80 kg to 75 kg
why?????

im not eating more i eating ok like before good 4-5 meals i just added now every day 15 eggs to my meals!

why i lost wheight or maybe i lost body fat and gain mass?is the mass wheight less then bodyfat>?

i feel my body gonna explode and become more irone but i know i will see result soon its to earlly to see anything in 12 days!!!

can you help me?(my body fat half ayear ago was 18%)

i just know doctor from my familly and he just give me recipt for 20 sustanon thats all

im taking years steroids and made good clean
so now im start taking :

1-2 weeks 500ml sus
2-5 750 ml
5-8 100ml
8-12 500ml
12-14 250 ml

im eating alot im not eating more cause i cant but im eating alot

maybe its because i stop taking my creatine when i start sus and the sus start kick only in 3 or 4th week?

i feel like water alot i drink alot but still lost weight

im training 6 years i start 48 kg very thin and now im 75 kg

its 25 kg up maybe my body cant gain more weight maybe only mass?

before 2 years i was 72 kg but more pump then now so why???

its funny i went to a pro athlet doctor and he couldnt belive me,as much as i eat as much as i loose weight i eat everything junk protein what ever to eat alot and im loosing weight only if i eat 1-2 meals i keep my weight

i even try very healty food the same!!!!!

im 1.72 tall and wheight 75-80 kg its 12 kg more then the avarege :supercool

work harder m.....i was champion of my contry in power lifting i say i work very hard lolll can eat more then 4-5 meals i just start to take and eat alot eggs maybe that couse it? or i just taking magnesium maybe that loll?
 
How long in a row are you saying you have been on steroids? Do you just blast and cruise? Do you just blast and never come off?
 
i blast 3 month and off 2 moth

but all this got nothing to do with weight

the thing is if im not taking im the same weight if i taking im loosing weight

up your carbs and you will gain more weight. its as simple as that. if you are doing cardio, lower it down.

165 is skinny to me but if that is the look you want then oh well.
 
I'm missing something. You took 500 mg/week of Sust to get to 165 @ your height? Sorry but this could have been done on a Squats/Milk program or something similar.

the middle east champion is only 72 kg so why????????

you can look big and weight like this people think im 90 kg

if you say its skinny im sure you are cause you dont understand nothing in bodybuilding!!

to be big you don need to be 100 kg if you not tall only 1.70 height

The reason you lost some weight is because you replaced it with muscle, Also your BMR gets elevated training ,there is no magic number of calories we should all eat each day to lose weight. While most people can lose weight eating around 1,500 calories, you can assess your own personal caloric needs with a little math.(you can also use this to gain weight also)

Why Estimate Your Caloric Needs?
To estimate how many calories you should consume in order to maintain your weight, you'll need to do a little math. By using a simple formula called the Harris-Benedict principle, you can assess your basic metabolic rate -- also known as your BMR.
(Then, to lose weight, you'll need to cut calories or burn extra calories and shoot for a level lower than the results you get with this formula.)


Calculate Your BMR
Your BMR is the amount of energy your body needs to function. We use about 60% of the calories we consume each day for basic bodily functions such as breathing.
Other factors that influence your BMR are height, weight, age and sex.

Step one is to calculate your BMR with the following formula:

Women:
655 + (4.3 x weight in pounds) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years)

Men:
66 + (6.3 x weight in pounds) + (12.9 x height in inches) - (6.8 x age in years)

Please note that this formula applies only to adults.


Calculate Activity
Step two: In order to incorporate activity into your daily caloric needs, do the following calculation:

If you are sedentary : BMR x 20 percent

If you are lightly active: BMR x 30 percent

If you are moderately active (You exercise most days a week.): BMR x 40 percent

If you are very active (You exercise intensely on a daily basis or for prolonged periods.): BMR x 50 percent

If you are extra active (You do hard labor or are in athletic training.): BMR x 60 percent

Add this number to your BMR.

The result of this formula will be the number of calories you can eat every day and maintain your current weight. In order to lose weight, you'll need to take in fewer calories than this result.anddo the opposite in order to gain.

As you lose weight or Gain Weight, you can re-calculate the formula to assess your new BMR.
