loose fat/gut/weight?

i cant do morning cardio but can i do afternoon cardio to loose fat/gut/weight?
i am currently 165-170

all my meals include carbs
meal 1-5eggwhites,1/2cup oats
meal 2 -turkey deli slices on wwbread or tuna on wwbread
meal 3- same as meal 2
meal 4-post workout ,EAS PHOSAPGEN HP creatine +protein shake
meal 5 chicken breast 1/4oats
meal 6- same as meal 5

i hit the gym everyday afterschool and thats the only time i could include cardio ,also i have xenadrine but i dunno if i sould take it because i dont want creatine to goto waste ,have some fullness in my muslce when cutting
 
Of course you can. The argument about a.m. pre breakfast cardio vs. some other time is mearly one over efficency.
