The scammer walked away, and an innocent guy took the fall.

Thats all that counts. Now its up to the people that decided it would be a good idea to e-mail and threaten the poor guy to retaract their actions.

If they had the panache to dio it once, they better be able to do it again to clear his name.

1) They got the guy's name and home addy because he had gear sent there from a real source.

2) They got the guy posting from this particular computer.

Now if gear were sent to this guy's addy under his name this person is close to him. In fact he probably knows who it is. It wasn't a business address where someone in the mailing deparment could grap the packs before MB could see them.

If he somehow changed his IP addy to this particular person's, again he probably knows him. Why do I say this? Because all the info comes goes back to the same geographical area.

If he was using MB's computer then once again he probably knows him.

MB might not be as innocent as he's being portrayed.
Maybe we/MB were completely duped by this guy. Maybe we weren't.

It sure seems to me either he is the right guy, or he knows who the right guy is, or should know.

I'd like to know the "for sure" info that this isn't the guy.
