straight low dose test with an anti e brother with maybe winny or var. if i had my first to do again i would have stayed away from the dbol and just put on some nice lean mass, just my .02 cents
I would add Deca to your list of compounds to avoid; too much of a long term suppression risk, as well as gyno issues.
I would also keep your cycle to eight weeks or shorter. The reality is that many young people here cycle for long periods that are not endocrine-system friendly. Everyone may feel tough posting their 16 week cycle, but no one seems to post their hard longterm shut down issues as often.
My say:
test enth twice a week with AIFM every day for your estrogen managment.
For PCT I would recommend continuing with the AIFM and adding Tribulis and maca.
I know many will argue FOR using Serms post cycle ( or at least preach mimicked group-think) but at least look into the arguments for NOT using Serms. At your age maybe a little Serm use may be good.
Thats my advice. I hope I shared some ideas others may have overlooked.
