To me there is no greater feeling in the world then looking at my own reflection in the mirror. Im proud at what I see. Im 18yrs old, I know greater times will come for my physique to improve. The thought of this gives me goose bumps all over my skin with excitement. I will never regret picking up that first dumbell, It was the start of something great. Everybody should feel good about themselves.

It's in my blood to be the best, I will settle for nothing less.
