Ok, I changed schedules at work from the night shift (I have been on for 8 years) to days 6am to 6pm. I am trying to figure out how to schedule the day, but I am having a hard time cramming everything in. I work out in the evenings at 6:30 to 8 or 8:15. I am trying to fit in 6 meals w/ no more than 2 shakes a day, but it's harder than I anticipated. I dont' want carbs in the evening, and I would really rather not eat within a few hours of sleeping.. so what are your suggestions to fitting meals in? Also, I am trying to slim down quite a bit for an upcoming cruise, and I was thinking about adding some extra cardio. The schedule now is to do cardio before I head out to work, shoudl I add some at night before bed?

Please any suggestions appreciated.

As far as meals you may just have to use more shakes or prepare several meals at a time that you can just eat on the go.

I'd suggest keeping your cardio in the morning. A lot of people have issues with sleeping if they do cardio too close to bedtime. Probably best to adjust your diet and add a little extra activity throughout the day if you don't want to add too much in the mornings. Like go for a walk on your breaks or at lunch before you eat.

Cheers,
Scotsman
