Hello everyone and thanks for taking the time to review my post.
I posted this same question under a different section, but I'm hoping to get more feedback here. Any advice or feedback from you guys would be appreciated.
Here's my deal. I'm 30 years old, 6'2, 245lbs probably 12% body fat but that's a rough guess. I've been training regularly (4-5 days week) for the past 10 years with only short periods off.
I have done 4 cycles during this period, 2x when I was 21 years old and 2x when I was 25. To be honest I dont recall the exact doses since it was so long ago, but I know I used Primobolan - methenolone - + Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - initially and most recently (5 years ago) used equipose + winstrol + Deca.
Also of important note is that about 6 months after my first cycles when I was 21 I began feeling weak and tired and had blood tests performed that showed my natural testosterone levels were very low. I'll never know if this was due to the cycle, but it seems to make sense. Nevertheless I have been injecting test cypionate with a prescription since then. The point is that I was also using test during the cycle 5 years ago. I do notice that the test causes me to retain water, but even when I take more than I should for long periods I have no signs of gynecomastia, acne etc.
About 3 years ago I severely injured my lower back which required lumbar injections and lots of rehab. I redamaged the back again just under a year ago which finally required surgery. This forced me to take off 5 months from the gym which I'm sure many of you can appreciate how difficult it was to lay around as I watched my body soften. Anyway I've been back at the weights and would like to use a cycle to increase my recovery and hopefully bring me back stronger. I prefer to go natural for the most part, but I definitely need the help now.
With that novel stated (sorry for the length guys) I'd love any suggestions on the stack and amounts you guys would recommend. My initial thought was equipose+Primobolan - methenolone - +Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - in a longer cycle to build up sustaining lean muscle. This of course is assuming I can find these and I'm sure the market has changed in 5 years.
Does this sound like a decent approach or would it be better to run primobolan by itself for 8-10 weeks, take a break, and then come back with a smaller stack?
