Looking for some advice on my workout?

Ok currently I Lift Mon-Fri
Mon-Chest
Tue-Biceps Forearms
Wed-Legs
Thur-Shulders&Tris
Fri-Back
Sat-Sun- Ill do some light forearm and calve work
Cardio everyday
Now this has been working nicely for me but because of changes in my schedule I will be forced to switch shit up.I will now bw lifting
Mon.Wed,Thur,Fri,Sun-I will start tommorrow but still deciding what body parts to train on what days any advice on a good split.

I could NEVER train like that; Squatting with a sore back, Soulders a day after chest and tris?
I like the routine that you have right now Scout, sham to change if you like it too, But check this out:

Mon Back Mon Chest

Tues off Tues off

Wed Shoulders Wed Back

Thu Arms Thurs Shoulders

Fri Legs Fri Arms

Sat off Sat off

Sun Chest Sun Legs
 
I'll have to switch the days up a little.The days I lift now are going to be Sun,Mon,Wed,Thur,FRi and Sun Thats the way I have to do it due to my schedule.
