Well, you've already proved your strength is getting better on 5x5, (stimulus for growth) add in a calorie intake each day and youre looking at some good muscle growth. Part of this may be that I'm partial to 5x5 (I currently am on, and keep a log on here), but you've already proved to yourself that it's working with your increase in lifts over a 2 month period, so I don't see a reason to switch it up.
