looking for new routine click inside

this has been my routine last 2-3 months and want to change things up something new...

Mon. chest bis
Tues. legs
Wed. off
Thurs. Delts/traps
Fri. Back tris
sat. off
Sun. off

been doing 10/8/5-failure reps last 2 or so months... just looking to change things up and keep body guessing.... any suggestions, i just started my pct today and looking to still gain mass and strengh... thanks for inputs bros...
 
Ahmmm... I would suggest something along the lines of 5x5 or some powerlifting based routine... you will need to boost your natural test levels. SQUATS BRO, SQUATS!

After 2-3 months your body is just used to THOSE bp's on THOSE days. Switch up the days, train chest alone and back alone and arms on their own day.

lol how would you re arrange my split bro? i want to emphasize on my bis/tris for the next 2-3 months?
 
How about training lifts not body parts. Basic progressive overload using the big compounds will give you some added strength and with that comes lbm if diet is right. Or break your lifts into lower body and push/pull days. One quad dominant lower body day, one hip dominant lower body day, one horizontal push/pull day, and one vertical push/pull day. Compound lifts and the right periodization and you will get strong and grow.

Or switch back and shoulder days?

having bis and tris the day after you do chest doesn't really give me enough time to rest, chest exercises uses tricep as secondary muscle such as benching and doing back right after bi's also with lat pull downs and such
 
i like to do upper lower upper lower and put in a day off in between to make sure my body part not over worked and has enough time to rest and repair
 
I hear ya, sounds like you're hitting chest and back hard..
