I'm 6'3 220lbs. I'm 24 years old. This is not my first rodeo with gear. However I'm not an expert by any means. I'm looking for a safe healthier way to get big but stay lean. My first cycle I know I did it wrong but I ran.
Deca 400mg a week and var 50mg and prop.
Then I started getting to puffy halfway through I switched to test cyp 250mg twice a week and tren 150 mg twice a week and stayed on var 50mg
I'm looking to stay a little leaner this round through. I work in a gym so workouts aren't the issue it's mostly just the type and amount of gear I should run. I was even looking into hgh and sarms
I don't know much so if you could give me a break down of a good cycle to cut with limited sides. Any help would be greatly Appreciated! Thanks
