Looking for Cycle Help

Hi all, I am new to EF and trying to start out the new year to get back in shape the way I once was a year ago. I have been experimenting with different cycles for the past couple of years as I had intentions of competing last April. Here is what I have done in the past, and here are my goals;

Test Prop - 300mg day one/ 100mg following for 4 weeks
Dbol - 50mg/day
Tren Ace - 75mg/day
Arimidex - 1mg/day
(Ran for about 6 weeks) - Last cycle I did

T400 - 1g/wk
Deca - 250mg/wk
Arimidex - .5mg ever other day
(Ran for 8 weeks) - First ever cycle

I have a gyno issue, as I posted in another thread that I have had sense a child.

Goals - Increase Shoulder Width/Size, Reduce Waist Size, Increase Thigh Size/Sweep, Reduce/Eliminate Gyno issue.

Any help would be much appreciated!
 
How long have you been out of the gym?? From that picture it looks like you need to get your diet and workout regime in place before thinking about any AAS.
 
I was going to compete last April 2012, so the total time I have been out has been from April until 2 weeks ago so about 8 months I couldnt do anything. I am working on my diet again, trying to get appropriate amount of macro's. Reason I was going to jump back on cycle was because I am so discouraged with how much I have lost in that amount of time and wanted that quick pick me up to spark weight loss ans bring my muscle out again.

As for pictures of when I was going to compete, I only have my two back shots and a leg shot. The picture with me doing a front shot is updated as that much time away hit me that hard.

I did do up to 1g/wk of Test on my first cycle but I built up to that. I was training with a WBFF Pro and he guided me through it all.

So what is your proposed cycle?


Pro helping or not 1g test was a good way to burn out receptors real fast. He should have known that. Just like tapering is a bad idea and unneccesary roller coastering for your endocrine system. Obviously its done now so its irrelevant.
 
1 gram of test is unnecessary. you don't need to work with a pro right now. you need to get back in shape. you need to get your conditioning back.. i won't lie to you it will take some time. however long you were out of the gym it will half as long to get back your conditioning you had if you commit.. so if you missed 6 months it will take 3 months.

not sure what else to tell you, you let yourself go.. i saw your other pics and you can get back to that but it will take time. in the future don't let yourself go like that unless you are willing to make a comeback the right way

no way should you juice right now, that gut you have is gonna put a lot of strain on your lipids as it is.. much less on 1.25grams of juice. lose the gut
 
How much tren have you done in the past? 75/ day is pretty hefty.
Also what are you stats?

I have a journal in the "weight training section" and all my updated stats, current workout and what not is there. Would you be able to check that out and let me know what you think? I would appreciate your help.

As for tren, I only ran for 4 weeks' upping to what I did @ 75/day for a week. All in all only ran it once for 4 weeks.

I was going to do not even half what I was doing before, 300mg test prop/week, 60mg dbol/week. I am looking into running peptides too, Ipamorelin & Cjc 1295w/o dac but still trying to come up with appropriate dozing. What are your thoughts ?

I understand it was a lot, trust me I was feeling it and sometimes it just felt bad. I trusted his advice as he is a pro and someone I had admired. Now I am here seeking out help from people who are more trustworthy and know what is good and what's not.

I fully understand it will take time to get back to where I was, especially when that was the best shape I was ever in. I was shooting for 4-5 months to get my conditioning back as my commitment is there.

It is beyond disheartening to look at my pictures and see where I was to where I am now but I have to use that as ,motivation to be even better. The reasons why I let myself go are personal but the effects of it I am showing because that's how easy it happens and now I am striving for a come back.

My gut & gyno is my #1 priority to get rid of before I begin any Anabolics again. Just was hoping to get some help with a more realistic cycle for myself when I am ready by sharing what I have done in the past.
