I haven't read the entire thread but from what I've seen, it appears a lot of people are kidding themselves.
First of all, there's no method to having a Brad Pitt type body -- no training, no diets , no drugs. The guy has a freaky genetic disposition for low bodyfat, thin skin, and abdominal muscles positioned close to the epidermous. That's his secret. There's nothing you can do to get that.
Secondly, everybody that thinks they're impressive because they're big , it's time for a reality check. Face comes first. Personality (sense of humor, intelligence, wit, talent) comes next. The way a man dresses and carries himself is a big one. And of course to many woman, power and wealth is a priority. Woman DO like a good body on a man, but that comes in many forms -- just as it does with womans bodies. Even men who like voluptous woman arem't necessariily attracted to 40" DDD breasts and woman who like muscles don't necessarily like a guy to be 280 pounds.
So if you have all of the above traits, a great body will lose the deal, be it a Brad Pitt, or an Arnold Swartzenegger type. But if anyone thinks that looking like Markus Ruhl is the way to getting a women, you're going to spending lots of nighs alone on your Star Wars bed sheets. You think everyone is jealous of you? Yeah, keep telling yourself that.
