p.s why not walk on your treadmil and fitness flyer everyday, oh and don't forget step ups... then maybe you'll look like Bad Shit... ooops i mean Brad Pitt.
Adaptek offered some good advice. You want the Hollywood actor look rather than the bodybuilder look. Contrary to what some of the guys might say, studies have been done that show women prefer the model look over bodybuilders. Your odds are definately better.
You don't sound very heavy for your height. I think you should look at your diet and routine first. Cardio is important if you want 4% bodyfat which is what that look requires. I'm only down in the 8's and it would take a lot of effort to get slimmer.
I personally would go for more weight than you are considering. One mass cycle would bring you into the 180's and you'd look a lot better (more than likely). A guy at 5'11" could carry 200 lbs and not look musclebound. Check out the fitness models on most of those exercise shows...that's about how big they are.
Try locking yourself in a sauna for a month or two, but make sure you punch yourself in the face every so often like good ol Tyler Durden did, at least just to make sure you're still alive. And remember, self-improvement is masturbation, but self-destruction...
