I am trying to develope a workout for my Dad who is going to start coming to the gym with me. He has just finished physical therapy for a ulnar nerve transposition surgery (http://www.vesalius.com/graphics/archive/archtn.asp?VID=455&nrVID=73). His Dr has just released him.
My dad has never really worked out in my lifetime (I'm 26) so I am starting him as a beginner, I have some ideas on what to do but I would still like some opinions on what may be good to both stregthen his arm and overall fitness.
He is currently doing the atkins thing but I am trying to get him on something more balanced, I'm sure he'll see the need after I wear him out
