Hi everyone,
i've just joined this forum and have only started lifting for couple of months so new to all this.
After reading this forum and a few others i really don't have a clue. Every body seems to have a different opinion to what to do.
So i guess what i am asking for is for someone to give me advice on what sort of routine a newbie should be doing.
I am 5'8 and weigh 14 stone
