by nighttime I take it you mean before bed?

If so ... calcium caseinate from protienfactory.com, no question about it, and no I do not work for them, I just spend about $500 a couple times a year.

It digest super slow and curds in the stomach, like 8 hours to digest fully and that works for me.

... I take 2 scoops with flax oil before bed every night. At 5.99 a pound its the cheapest you will find. I tried the micellar casein to begin with and its great, but its about double the cost.

Hope this helps.

I'll second what both Hansel and pushnpull said. Protein factory even has its own night-time formula. From your list, I've also tried ISS ProM3 and didn't have any complaints.

I'll echo some info here:
40%caseinate/40%egg/10%whey protein add 10% flaxseed oil powder and some glutamine and you have yourself a night time shake. Don't forget the psyllium husk fiber at around 15g.

x, are there any negative factors associated w/ taking in fiber w/ protein? I've heard post workout it's a bad idea but what about absorbtion in general?

not really besides slower digestion
I've heard post workout it's a bad idea but what about absorbtion in general?PW it is a bad idea due to absorbtion, stick to protein + dextrose or flax
