Looking for a litle extra kick?

Ok I was just wondeing what you guys use for a little extra kick before you work out, I just want to see what works considering everything thats out Hydroxycut etc... Also while taking Clen should you not take any of these products?
 
i just hit up a few hydroxycutt or xenedran or what ever ECA i have laying around or in my glove box. i only take that route 1/2 of the time because i am getting psyched mentally lately with out any of that. but it only lasts in spirts and ill be back in the bottle looking for energy in a few weeks!

summary: anything with caffiene and or effedra.
 
Well, this isn't the same kind of "kick", but I like this for pre-workout:
water + glycerine + maltodextrin + whey + creatine + arginine

Gives a good pump, and you can add ECA and/or tyrosine to it.
 
This isn't much of a kick, i personally try to stay away from stimulants, but I like to take glycerol, creatine, glutamine, and some whey, juice, and ALA. It's more psychological than anything, and had some of the best workouts w/ wierd concoctions like that lol. What ever gets you going

I agree, its mostly psychological than anything else. I just think of guys who need a good ass whoopin, or a fight I got into. I also think about a big guy, and say to myself, "you'll never get that big with 6 reps of this pussy weight", and pump out 10. Stupid stuff like that can get me so hype. I do it before everyset.:D
