Im about to start bulking but i need a good weight gainer supplement as my line of work it is hard for me to hav a proper meal durin work.
I have been reading about a product called Universal Real Gains,have any of u guys ever used it?
Was going to buy pro lab large2 but its seems to be really high in sugar.
Real gains is high calories over 600 in 1 serving,high protien high carbs, its also low fat and very low sugar.
Should i go for this?
