im finishing up a ckd style diet july 15. what would be better in terms of getting shredded and wieny? i will up the protien 2.5 g per pound lean mass bw and keep the carbs 100-150 or so. cardio will be wind sprints in the a.m with outdoor basket ball and soccer in the evenings. so witch one would you pick

zambon winny
100 mg ed for 6 weeks + 1mg liqidex ed

or

EQ 600 mg week +1 mg liquidex ed( may throw in proviron if things get sleepy down there)

btw this will be my second cycle

I'd say the zambons at 100mg ed would be more effective but I would pick the Eq because of Winny sides(liver damage, painful joint pain).

Why not combine the two, 400mg of EQ and 50mg of winny ED

hhmm not a bad opinion bigandy69, i do get some joint pain w/winny, especially shoulders and thats my weakest bodypart

I like this idea as well. Along with the liquidex of course.

BTW - I would back off on wind sprints ed bro. It's a high intensity exercise not like light or moderate cardio and could put too much stress on your leg muscles from not resting it enough or from the excess cortisol in the system due to the body constantly being stressed in those areas. Just my .2 Maybe wind sprint eod or even every other other day is better along wtih doing some other forms of light cardio in the morning on days you don't do the sprints. Remember, more is not always better.

I've been around bro. Everything is going extremely well. If you were platinum you could go over the training journals section and get updated on my progress since march 30. 244 down to 220 bro so far. No loss in strength. Well maybe a small amount but im thinking that has more to do with the carb depletion than losing muscle. Still basically the same strength though while getting much much leaner. You??

im enjoying dieting this time around(ckd) results thus far have been nothing less than stellar:D im gonna hit up some anabolics after july 15th with a mild increase in calories

That's what I'd do. Good advice Andy! Oh, I would however bump the Eq up to atleast 500mg/wk if not 600mg.

I got my yohimburn in the mail today

man im f-ing pumped! im at work and i feel like smothering it all over my body..hehehe
im gonna update the board every week or so as i have faith in thier products. im on a ckd diet at the moment so im thinking this will be a KIILER addition to my diet since their are reduced insulin levels flying around my body:D :D
