Long time lurker...First Cycle "Advices" Needed. I don't post much so help a bro out.

i dont run either, horrible joints here as well. i'll walk at an incline, ride the bike, elyptical, swimming - many options for folks with bad joints.

good shit right there. what other form of cardio increases your speed, power, flexibility, coordination whilst burning fat? if you do it right it is such an intense form of cardio, for a beginner, 3x3 minute rounds will have you on your knees gasping for breath,sweat running from every inch of you. i love boxing.

i've never tried high intesity 3x3s, but i normally do moderate intensity at 4x5, or sometimes lower intensity at 4x10...
