Long term side effects of ephedrine on adrenal glands??

Im sure im not the only one whose been usin ephedrine for several years (not everyday but pretty often). Ive been reading some reports of adrenal tumors and such due to long term ephedrine use because it mimics adrenaline, etc and can lead to adrenal problems,, anyone heard of this?

sorry i dont have links but i remember one guys doc told him juice+ephedrine caused his adrenal tumor and someone posted on elite a while back that he had the same adrenal problem allegedly from long term ephedra use... i think a search under ephedra will pull it up

BUMP... Been on a year straight lol

ok I skip some days..

I'll be coming off after the 26th for a long time since it doesn't really do anything for me.. and I don't notice much difference w/ or w/o eph anymore.. Caffiene is all that matters (wish that would get back its kick too lol)

Cutting till then so I'll use till then stimulate the beta3s or what have you lol.


But I know I'll be using it again and would like more imput.

Wish there was a way to fix the receptor prob easier ketofin didn't seem to do anything T3 doesn't either.. Time I hate u
