long term effects from high dose T for life

What are the long term effects from high doses of Test like 250-300mg a week for TRT? I'm 31 and thinking of shooting test e at that dosage for life. No hcg because my balls don't work so no point in taking it.

The long term effects will vary depending on how your body tolerates the doses you mentioned. Some people may be totally fine with no negative, or little negative systemic impact. Others however may suffer increased RBC, cholesterol etc.

no point in running that much for life.. i would be very worried about a heart attack or a stroke. pretty big side effect.

your 31.. cycle if anything

what are you looking to gain by doing this self dosed trt?

dont do it. just cycle for the next 20 or 30 years. worry about TRT when you are much older.

with the great supplements available today your off cycle doesn't have to be a struggle.

At 300 mgs for life you will have BP issues, sooner or later.

As other said, just cycle. This doesn't mean you have to come off completely (because you said your balls don't work anymore, which I am familiar with) because it wouldn't make any sense - you would feel like shit, no libido, lose all gains + it wouldn't be healthy at all. very low test is a much bigger issue than a bit higher dose for TRT!!

so what I mean by cycling - 3-4 months 100mg/wk (trt dose), 2 months 300+ , .. repeat
