Long term effect of Fiser Supps

My protien intake is consistently high. I wiegh 230 and I keep protien between 300-450/day. I used to have digestive problems, but ginger root and high fiber fixed it as well as dried out my physique.

My question is, sine I keep carbs maderate to low, I get about half of my fiber from supplemental sources. Does this have long term sides, or is that just more hype like the creatine and ephedrine scares.
