LOAD With Creatine/Glutamine During Carb-up Meal(s).. ?

I am curious do guys think that I should be taking 10-15g of creatine and/or glutamine during my big carb-up meal? I am just wondering. I know that with a CKD its highly recommended to load with creatine (around 20g+ I am assuming) but I was wondering about glutamine.

What is your guys opinion on this? I have a carbup 2x a week so thats a lot!

I've never heard of loading glutamine. I'm also not a believer in loading creatine, but I know some are. But I don't quite understand the connection between these supps and your carb up meals. What's the supposed benefit?
