I could never get the ball thing, so I trained on boxes instead. Not really seeing any results, but I'm carrying less bruises
 
They are good for core strength, but the guys at my gym seem to put every rickety, old mofo that comes in on those things. I have yet to see a change in body comp. Just mix it up for chrissakes!
