Anybody see his new video? That bastard looks likes hes 6% bf and hard as a rock. He actually trains at my gym with a P.T. and is always doing super light weights and high reps and a shit load of cardio. He looks like a different person now.

yeah, I used to watch his show "In the House" sometimes and there were a couple shows where they show him without his shirt. In the show he had a belly and was hairy too. In the video he looks completely different.


BTW..anyone ever see LLCoolJ without some sort of head covering??
