LiverCare, Off Cycle.

When I was on my last PH cycle I took one capsule of Himalaya LiverCare at least twice each day, in addition to Cycle Support.

Now I'm between cycles and taking Propecia, glucosamine, a multivitamin (Twinlab Daily Two), and Twinlab Tri-Boron Plus (all of which I'm normally on, whether on or off cycle) plus creatine mono (one rounded teaspoon per day, two on workout days) and taurine (one cap per day, two on workout days). I'm taking one cap per day of the LiverCare (and stopped the Cycle Support). Is that enough? Or, should I make it one cap, twice per day, or perhaps even more?

I've been drinking lots of water. I'm just concerned that what I'm taking may be hard on the liver (especially the Propecia and the creatine).

What do you think (especially those who have a similar experience/taken similar supps). Thanks.

Yes, I'm taking Liv.52 (the LiverCare), but I'm wondering if I should take more than the one cap twice a day (as the label recommends).

Do you take NeedtoBuildMuscle's Liver Support even when you're off cycle? What's the dose?
 
I've talked to my Dr. about the creatine and he seems to think there is no permanent damage from it. It just elevates liver functions while you're using it. I cycle it 6on/6off and try not to run it while I'm on any DS. I like to kick it in about half way through PCT. Now, that's what my Dr. says...who knows if he's right.
 
I use AI's Cycle Support twice a day every day. The only supps I am taking is Jack3d (sometimes along with Amp02) for preworkout, and protein powder from Optimum Nutrition. I also run a DX7 multi-vitamin twice a day. Occasionally, I'll substitute ON's Protein with some Syntha 6 on non-workout days. I have epi, diselbolan, beastdrol, and tren-tfo on hand, but I'm thinking about just selling them because I'm seeing great gains naturally, and I'm paranoid about positive tests due to NCAA testing.
 
If you're seeing good gains naturally then stay that way. You don't need the other stuff unless that stops IMO.
 
Thanks for the responses. I think I'll go back and add Cycle Support to my list of regular supplements, taken even while I'm between cycles.
 
Liver support and Liv 52 are both good. POST CYCLE contains Pikoliv, which actually repairs liver cells as opposed to just filtering toxins.
