hey guys, just wanted to ask u how much milk thristle i should take for high liver enzymes? im on 600mg now but should i hit 1g or even 2g?
my liver numbers are about 180(i forget i think it was 188) and the other is 285. there not high from roid use just naturally high. im obese and the doctor said it was grease in my liver. my father,brother,aunt,grandma has elevated liver enzymes also. and to make matters worse im diabetic on glucovance(1000mg) so i need some advice.
