Liver damage irreversible? Accutane and Test?

Your liver enzyme levels are just mildly elevated, and can be contributed by AAS and a high amount of prteins and fat's in your diet.
The worst offenders are meds like accutane and acetaminophen(found in a grat deal of painkillers) and alcohol. Milk thistle combined with R-ALA is great.
You should have the LDH enzyme test done on your next blood workup, as high levels of this is a good indicator of the extent of liver damage.

One could also incorporate the use of Dandellion root, Calcium-D-Glucorate, Sam-E and N-Acetyl Cysteine which is an excellent detoxifier for the liver as it is a precursor of glutathione and is used for acetaminophen poisoning and has also been shown to be benneficial for bronchitis.
