Little progress pics (I think)

Ok, this one is from like 3 months ago (I think). My face looked ugly, so I erased it. Look at the mid section area and my arms to see some difference

CONGRATS!!

I took pics of my tummy on Thursday and compared them to pics from last month. Its so motivating to see a change. I still have a way to go to cutting my legs & arms, well, my entire body.

What have you been doing?

Its an awsome feeling being able to expose the tummy again, I am so happy. I was only dieting. Now its time to firm it up and get that ass lift up a bit :)

thanks girl ;) Those pants used to be so tight on me, I thought I couldnt breath, now I can take them off without even unzipping them

that's how I judge my body - I try on stuff to gauge where I'm at. I don't get on the scale.

No! Your health should always come first. The reason I asked is because quitting smoking will probably be the best thing you could do for yourself in terms of health. You look great as is!

that is some great progress. i had to go back home for a while last month to help my mom out. now i am trying to burn off the extra fat. its amazing how fast you can put on a litte bf being back home for like 3 weeks :)

lol..not so great when I think that it took me 3 months to lose 16lbs. Its way too easy to put on fat, especially for me too. Then you have to try your hardest to get rid of it and that takes longer than the gaining that fat :(

LOL!! As soon as I hit the post button, I looked at it and was like duuhh!!
 
She is doing well, still have some numbness from the Csection but doing well. To be honest all my GFs before her were into the gym or I got them into the gym (they wanted 2) but this one is just into it so she still has some baby fat but she looks a whole lot better. She is only about 125 or so but now she carrys her weight all in her stomach so she looks a little bigger than she is. i dont mind tho she is still confident and beautiful so that is what is important.

Besides i am little heavier than normal 2 I have not cut down for the summer like usual because of my responsibilites i am still at 217!

Damn, she is 125 now? Just now I got to 124 :( Yeap, she is one of those geneticly gifted girls. She still got numbness from the surgery? How long ago was it? Its not like it was any time soon from what I remember. Thats weird. My numbness was gone in like 3-4 months tops, but still have to be carefull with working that area. Baby girl gettin buggers out of your nose and picking your teeth already? ;)

I was 208 in the pic 6 feet, I never flexed in those pix so i look a little small IMO

Well weight is only a number it is all how you look, you look great for 124 very lean and curvy you should be happy. Yeah she is still numb and my daughter is 6 months next week.

LMAO yeah she is getting crazy lately, she loves squeezing my nose and anything she can get hands on goes straight to her mouth. It is great
