Little Help?

Mine is a problem from time to time when I put to much weight on the bar...Do you wrap it or use supports..??

good supplements to take with glucosamine (which is a great supp but takes time to start workin) are fish body oils too. combined both of those supps work better in my opinion then one or the other.

If it gets worse should I just stop working out for a while? is there any benifit to seeing a doc about it? or will he just say lay off the weights for a while?

seeing a doc wouldnt be a bad idea. i have terrible joint pain in my right elbow that i somehow amazingly enable myself to push through workouts. if the pain isnt real bad i would say push through and try to see a doc i wouldnt necessarily stop lifting. if it is really bad i would try altering to different exercises for a while that dont kill your wrist and see how they work. try to see a doc though.
 
I had a pain from my wrist to about half way up my forearm. Always hurt from curls and somtimes bench. One day it just went away,coz I started going dieerent curls. Try curls with a cable for a while.I done some preachers with the cable as well as EZ bar curls againts a wall and palms facing in hammers curls and now my arms are fine.
BTW what state, ,city and gym do you go too?
