Im about to do 6 weeks of winny alone at 50mgs a day(2 split doses). My questions are if im looking to put on solid lean mass(5-8lbs) is it better to stay low reps high weight or go for 8-12 rep range. Also i hate clomid, is it needed with just winny. Im 6' 180lbs at 8-9% bf, and hoping this will add some solid muscle. Any help would be great.
