1) I wasn't entirely serious about that comment.....
2) The people who posted negative stuff are still pathetic.....notice how the women posted positive comments and the men negative comments. I wonder what that means?
3) I think I'll quit lowering the standards of this board with my negative comments
Pumpgirl, the site appears to be down at the moment.
I pm'd you a deadlift pic....as i couldnt find an email addy! When the site comes up I'll send the bench pics if nobody else has.

This girl rocks. I think it's great that she does what she likes, and who cares that boys her age might be able to outlift her? Not to single you out, Big Buck, but aren't there guys at this very moment who can outlift you? Does that make your achievements (considerable if that avatar is you!) any less? No, because it's all about personal bests, isn't it?
At any rate, at least she's getting started young. What I wouldn't give to have the start she's getting! I came to this all a bit late, and have the bad habits of many years to counteract. Even though I always thought I was in good shape, it turned out it was just that my shape was good, if you know what I mean. When I first started working out, it turned out I was weak, and had no CV capacity. Now this girl is going to be healthy and fit her whole life if she keeps this up.
And besides, I bet you were an exception to the rule, Big Buck. I bet there are plenty of boys her age who can't do what she has done.

LOL...it's all good...I was in a weird mood yesterday and felt like causing a little trouble...he, he, he. BTW: Yes, that's me in my avatar....about 2 years and 25lbs of muscle ago...
